  1. Publicly posting people's personal information without their consent will not be allowed. It never has been. The only exception are public entities, for example, businesses and only information not associated with people's homes because this is information that has been put out in the public by them anyway. You could require consent to disclosure up front as a requirement to use the buy and sell forum.

  12. Wow, I've combed over Bookmans in Phoenix and Mesa repeatedly and rarley find anything of value. Though I have had better experience with the Tucson stores.
