This is a lot of 36 Silver/Bronze Age books, all are complete and are within 3.0 to 6.0 grade range with majority being in the 4.0 to 5.0 range. There may be a few that grade higher but there should be none below a 3.0.

If the cover wasn't detached I'd have it as a 1.5, 1.0 with the detached cover.

I see the defects Bomber-Bob pointed out, there also appears to be a corner chip at the top of the spine. Before looking at anybody else's grade and not even counting the hidden defects the OP mentioned I had it as 6.0ish.

Strict 5.0....5.5 seems about right IMO....6.0 on a good day, no higher.

Very rarely do we ever, if at all use "hold for pick-up" when scanning an item, especially if you didn't ask for us to hold it. The only time we might use it is if the item for some reason cannot be delivered (too big, too heavy, live animal, etc.) or if you haven't been checking your mail and we put a 10 day hold on your mail and require you to come pick it up. The only other thing I can think of is we're holding it waiting to hand it off to Canada post or the likes, for them to complete delivery. (Which I think one of the above messages touched on already.)

I agree with Terrapin, I wanted to give it a 7.0 but that corner bend brings it down even more IMO.
