"Alright Frankie, where are we?" I have not done one of these threads since LAST November and this may be the last. First, I am going to offer all of these books at 50 cents each... Depending on what happens, I may either close the thread or lower the price, or have some fodder for my four hundred square foot fire pit. (old forum joke). Keep in mind that all of these books will be bundled up to 8-10 in a comic bag and then bricked together in cardboard sandwiches. They will then be shipped boxed. Again these books are NOT individually bagged and boarded. I have sold things like this before to no problem. The Rules: I welcome thread crapping - it's entertaining. I ship anywhere at buyer's expense. For US buyers I will ship these via Priority mail or Parcel Post... whatever the buyer wants. Media mail is available at BUYER'S RISK. Returns are accepted so long as I am notified in three days and then the books are placed in the mail within five days after that at the buyer's expense. A lot of these books are really really nice and if you have participated in one of these before you know what you are getting. So... let's get started...

"you're gonna let that bother you" usually gets a "Yeah, at that price it does bother me" response. Just walk on. This is why I don't bother visiting comic stores when I go to new places. If I want something, I get it online. I imagine the comic book stores in LA and in the busier areas of California to be like New York. There is no reason to go to these places to look for comic stores.

Like it could have been something along the lines of... Mistakes have been made. Do you know, as SICK as it sounds, they REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY have been.

Anyone else disappointed that this was not a "The Wheels are in Motion" type thread?

I didn't know this at all and am glad that I did not buy the second book. Not going to say what the book is yet... I had a choice between a higher grade book with a small amount of color touch or a lower grade book in a blue label that I saw in the forum and on on eBay. I was contemplating the lower grade 4.0 blue label book here on the boards but am satisfied with the purple label 6.0. I am not going to lie. I would have been seriously annoyed to have taken the blue label and then after the fact find out that I was also buying the 6.0 purple.

Believe that it is a retailer incentive virgin cover. Check mcs to see as they usually list everything.
