  1. Yea the bus passenger zombie from Atlanta....It does look like him some reason it reminds me of Bub from the original Day of the living Dead. Which by the way was a classic zombie movie. I have not seen that movie in a long time. Think the zombies name was Bub. Damit or was he from Dawn of the living Dead. Day of the dead. GREAT MOVIE. (thumbs u
  2. I've read 1-10 so far. Liking it. 50 more to go.
  3. +1 last month was the worst month for me. It's such a game. some auctions I think for sure will pull in some cash don't even get bid, and something I'm thinking will pull in little.. BAM. Gets bid up more than I thought. I swear this is like gambling. Sunday night rush is what I call it.
  4. There are still a lot of these on the shelves locally. I have told everybody I know about this book but I think it will take a little while for demand to catch supply in this case. This story is really well written and the art is fantastic. I hope more people pick it up. Less #2's though. That might be the issue to watch. That may be the story going forward for a lot of books. Plenty of well ordered #1s, then drop offs for subsequent issues. Titles that do well may see issues like 3, 4, and 5 tougher to find a couple of years down the road. I have been noticing this also.. Been stocking up on the 2-5s on many. Sitting on them. It might just pay off.

  6. Still waiting for a ASM 698 I preordered from them a few months before It was to come out.
  7. So are a lot of comics though. What's the other factor(s)? I.E. No heat on these, the 10 lowest print on the list: Drew Hayes Poison Elves 3 $2.99 Ape 3,562 Executive Assistant Assassins 12 $3.99 Aspen 3,408 Aspen Splash 2013 Swimsuit Spectacular Anniversary Ed $3.99 Aspen 3,310 Sesame Street 1 $3.99 Ape 3,175 Betty & Veronica 266 $2.99 Archie 3,122 Legend of Oz The Wicked West Ongoing 8 $3.50 Big Dog 3,057 Legend of Oz Scarecrow 2 $3.50 Big Dog 2,956 Knights of The Dinner Table 199 $5.99 Kenzer 2,843 Kevin Keller 9 $2.99 Archie 2,479 Life With Archie 30 $3.99 Archie 2,412 There is no heat because the above books are all garbage. Another 'burning hot' book for 3 days, and then it will go 'poof' like all the others. I'd keep my eye on those Archie's And the Sesame Streets are the 1st comic to ever have those characters. What about the FCBD issue? Are there different characters in the #1? If anyone ever cared., it would probably be like The Sixth Guns FCBD & #1. They might have come out on the same day. I can't remember. I'm just going by what it said in Previews.

  9. WOW Looking like Sixth Gun Numbers
  10. Then why doesn't this guy list them all for 75% of the average selling price? Because he wants to make his customers happy? My LCS today said they are only putting two on the shelf at a time. They caught on early. I went to a store on monday and bought 9 copies at cover. After I paid they got a rather large stack from the back and put it on the shelf for sale. Arguably the largest comic book store in Toronto, which is one of the stores that usually sells out first when it comes to hot titles. The Snail??? I said biggest in Toronto! Man I love the snail just based on how clean they keep the bathrooms in the back. Also, on monday I saw a guy getting arrested yelling "YOU SHOT NINE TIMES, NINE TIMES" (obviously referring to the recent police street car shoot out) - Toronto is amazing. I honestly don't think I've ever visited a bathroom at a comic shop.
  11. (thumbs u And a cut up Priority box is Not thick cardboard.
  12. Got #6 - 60 in the mail today. I'm in for some good reading.
  13. There's a definite demand for 9.6/9.8 certified copies. Without looking at GPA, 9.8s are going for about $130 and 9.6's $50. Raw copies, especially sub 9.6, are everywhere and not worth the cost of shipping. But why are the 9.6's and 9.8's worth so much? Based on the likely high print run, lack of popularity of the character (as far as I know), and lack of movie/TV prospects, I would expect a Darkhawk 1 CGC 9.8 to go for $30 to $50 max. Some sales have to be lurkers from here also.
  14. I don't think most comic folk even know about the TV stuff. I think all the sales were people from here buying from each other or the cheap stuff on eBay.
  15. But no sunlight? Blood lust? Out of control savagery...? Actually, it's you buddy... so.. Vampire!
  16. The Vampire. Chix dig Vampires
  17. Perlman, E. Wood and S. Glau are no where close to being big celeberties. If the three of them made a movie together it would most likely go straight to video.
