  1. I flat out told the store owner today that they should bump the price on this book, and if they didn't I would buy it to flip it since I already had two or three copies. They didn't and I did.
  2. Low grade, but it's complete, readable, and cost $5 today:
  3. Those look like stunning copies as near as I can tell, 1st PKD is probably the highlight.
  4. You should find a copy of Make Room, Make Room just to put in that.
  5. A few more of the Ace SF Specials with the Dillon covers for you, @Darwination:
  6. Leo & Diane Dillon. Who actually do get credited on the back cover in small print, which isn't much but it's a lot more than most cover artists get even today.
  7. The first trimmed issue of ASTOUNDING was February 1936. It's even mentioned inside the issue.
  8. Well, Philip Jose Farmer later wrote "biographies" of both Tarzan and Doc Savage, as well as an "official" Tarzan novel and an "official" Doc Savage novel. So it somewhat amazingly didn't burn bridges with the estates, and the Playboy Press edition of A Feast Unknown came out after the biographies. I think Playboy Press also did the 2nd printings on the biographies around the same time as the re-release of Feast Unknown.
  9. My copy. I've got the 1st edition of the Double as well somewhere, with some very nice covers by Gray Morrow, but not sure which box that's in.
  10. Avon Fantasy Novel to Avon Fantasy Novel
  11. Thank you. I was thinking of that as more of a fanzine/ magazine than a book, but that has always been a thin line.
  12. A quick question: If A Gent from Bear Creek was Howard's first book, and Skull-Face was third, what was his second?
  13. Colour Out of Space reprint to Colour Out of Space original:
  14. Let's try Dell To Dell again.
  15. And, since I mentioned it was on order earlier this week:
  16. My only signed pulp (digest, actually) is a Williamson signature as well:
  17. Dell first edition to Dell first edition:
  18. The $15 with shipping I paid a few years ago is looking better and better.
