  1. It will be back soon enough. Can't wait. The new footie thread in the WC has been chockful of animated Gooners getting excited about summer signings. Has Spurs bought anyone? Nope.
  2. I've actually been able to catch up on some TV. Just finished Arrow Season 1 and thought it was excellent. Just getting round to watching True Detective, with Fargo next on the list. Best time of the year to catch up on missed quality telly...
  3. You've been quiet - had a good weekend? Had worse. Kids are on holiday until early September and have to be kept entertained.... Get them to read your comic book collection. I've given them the odd GN to read and some Bronze books that I recall enjoying when I was their age, but they don't seem that interested.
  4. Anybody having withdrawal symptoms from lack of footie? Nah, me neither. Nice to have a break from all the disappointing bollocks.

  6. Great find. Odd how they altered the colours from the Cap 76 cover ( Cap and Bucky look partially redrawn too). Nevertheless, it's a very nice and highly unusual piece...never seen it before.
  7. I pulled! Now there's a pic that could go viral.
  8. Do not want to see any more embarrassments Not for the Dutch. Impressive how such a small nation punches consistently above its weight in this tournament - second four years ago, third this time.
  9. So who's going to watch the 3rd place play-off?
  10. You'll fit right in here. Strange Tales 28 is considered to be one of the best Atlas pre-codes on this forum...excellent taste, sir.
  11. Didn't the Spokane collection have a number of high grade pre-code STs and JIMs? Did books from the Levine collection have anything to distinguish them, apart from the phenomenal condition? Any idea if tranches of the collection were retained by a handful of collectors, or whether they were dispersed into the market?
