  1. Wow. Seems about right to me though. #50's scarcity vs. #48's popularity about cancels out.
  2. FF #52. From early on (1980s) I knew this issue was meant for something big. Lee/Kirby in their prime, first black superhero, great cover, and hard to find in nice shape. In a way it was good that it was hard to find - I ended up with four copies:
  3. FF #160. Another tough one (1 of 6). This is the first issue with their faces in the logo.
  4. FF #51 - What a story! Redemption, noble sacrifice, it's got it all. Also, first Negative Zone!
  5. FF 50! - Silver Surfer vs. Galactus - Human Torch flies through space - First Wyatt Wingfoot and Ultimate Nullifier
  6. Always liked this run. Start this off with a bunch of #1s:
  7. FF 49. This was a Bob Storms special. Great story and has multiple fantastic Kirby splash pages. Also was ripped off by Doctor Who. lol.
  8. #48 Not much more can be said about this book. I remember that this was one of the few high profile books that ever went down in price in Overstreet. I'd have to look it up, but I think on year it went from $100 in NM to $75 or something like that.
