Hi Matt- Do you guys enjoy having to answer this question every day ? I am sure the phones ring all day at headquarters with this same question as well. This to me is a huge insult to loyal paying customers who just want to be able to see the status of a fully paid for order. No offense to you obviously, but do you enjoy it? Do you think that your employer should fix this dumb 8 month limit on tracking page when you have services that take more than 8 months? Thanks in advance for your response.

People getting their submissions back in a week these days before books that they have had over a year. Then they will say it’s in line with posted turnaround times. It’s a joke on many levels. Shame on them!
