    I wasn't specifically asking about issue 1. I actually have never seen it apply to an issue 1, just 2 on up thru the 30s or 40s. I may be wrong though.

    WD newbie here...how can you tell a second print from a first? Does it just say second print inside the cover or is there something on the cover that gives it away? Not talking about the weekly...I see some ebay listings for second prints and the pictures look the same to me. Thanks in advance.
