    I had a similar scenario some years ago. I was negotiating with a lcs owner, with me selling a mid grade Brave and the Bold 28. I offered it to him first before taking it to the wider market because he seemed interested when I was talking to him about it. After several minutes of him hemming and hawing over my ask price of "five" he finally responded. LCS Owner: "I don't think I could do five hundred". Me: "Five hundred? No, I'm asking five thousand." LCS Owner: "Five thousand? It's just a mid grade copy." Me: "Yeah, I don't think we're going to get this deal done."

    I'd go Gd/VG, maybe VG- with a generous grader. That's my number one, top of the board, runaway favorite Baker cover of all time. It's long been due for a price escalation in line with other top Bakers.

    Chroma. This is the limited hardcover edition signed by Alex Schomburg and book author Jon Gustafson. This is number 356 out of 500. Book and slipcase show some wear. Interior is nice, though some pages were not fully cut at the top and stick together, as a manufacturing error. Overall about F/VF in comic grading terms. $140 shipped.
