Many, many, many years ago I bought a too-good-to-be-true lot of baseball cards through Yahoo Auctions (told you it was many years ago) and the seller required payment via MO. Being young and stupid I sent a $400 MO and I'm still waiting for my cards to arrive. That was the first and last time I didn't use Paypal.

I bought them raw from Metro and ebay. The second print was listed as a 9.4 by Metro. I think they may need to reevaluate their grading system. On the flipside I bought the first print as a Fine and it came back an 8.0 so I guess that evens out.

These are both lone census copies. The census says there are two of the first print but I don't buy it. They showed up at the same time in the same grade. Has to be a typo. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

A couple enterprising board mates have contacted me privately and helped coordinate a resolution to my issue, with the resolution being a status update on my submission. I'm still not sure why my emails went unanswered and someone else got a reply literally in one minute but it is what it is. I consider the issue moot.

Payment was made on May 20th so my 45 days is long expired. My last attempt at contact was October 13th.

I've tried multiple times via personal email, as I was told he doesn't check board PMs often (which is a whole other issue).

How long do you give a facilitator for non-delivery with zero communication before nominating for the PL? Is there precedent for this?
