  1. Not sure if it's been said, but I wouldn't pay big money for a raw book on ebay unless it's from someone on here you know, or one of the more reputable sellers. If it's raw and at a crazy price, it's probably too good to be true.

     

    I've been burned twice on restored books that were guaranteed Blue. Not worth the chase in those cases.

     

    On the flip side, I've gotten some beautiful mid-grade books, pressed them and have seen awesome results with this, if you're OK with 6.0's, 7.0's and 8.0's!

  2. HOS 92. One of my favorite covers!

     

    I know they've been grading tough on tanning, but this poor thing's grade got hammered. I was definitely thinking a solid 8.0.

  3. I was promised from someone i really trusted that it was not restored. I guess mistakes happen. WHO GLOSSES A COVER ON A BARELY G-/G BOOK?

     

    Regardless, nice to own a little piece of history

    FYI, the two tones on the book toward the bottom are from two scans. Case is a little too big for the scanner.
