If I may ask ... what were the attendance total for Baltimore Comic Con in total of 3 days last year and the past years before? Using the numbers to average. I went there last year and what I have seen inside and around inside the building seems ... a lot more than 14,000 people. That was the sense I had as I walked and browsed in the show.
Assuming if the show adopted the 25% of capacity, that is max 3,500 inside with social distancing policy. Depending on how many vendors and special event guests take up half of this number. How many would you say are the comic collector in wanting to buy comics? I’m saying that because I am sure some attendees are just cosplayers for fun, some for other aspects of collectibles or for entertainment stuff. I would image some comic vendors are considering how much sales they can expect to generate with the 25% capacity attendance. I see the point of standing outside waiting for long hours and, then am told I have XX hours limit to browse around? Meaning I must leave for other attendance to enter to be fair with everyone. If it does happen then, it would felt like I am rushing to max my thrill time running booth to booth in search of good deals ...I would be pooped out tired out of breath!
Should be interesting to see how they will handle if the show do go on through! For now I stay on fence and wait, undecided.
