I covered the other copy because it's not a CGC book it is a 5.5 from another grading ompany.

Flash 1 has always been a favorite of mine. The silver age flash started my comic book reading obsession and when I first read issue 123 and found out about the golden age flash, I knew that one day I would own a copy of the first issue.

It is a repro cover...it's a coverless copy that once belonged to the comic historian Ron Goulart. I was hoping to pickup a cover that just sold on eBay, but got beat by around $100. Would love to pick up a cover but I know that's going to be tough.

My first issue is lower grade complete about a 2.5 with ow/w pages I would love to upgrade one of these days but I'm OK with my current copy.

Thanks guys...I am very happy with the run, and I do have many duplicates after issue 30... again the grades are all over the place, I wish that I could have picked up super high grades but they were not in the budget.

Hi guys...I am a big fan of Sugar & Spike and finally completed a complete run...they are by no means in high grade but never the less, all are fantastic stories. I am posting issues 1 - 20 of my collection.

Greg's 3.5 copy was originally my copy, which I auctioned off in 2009 through heritage for a measly $11,950... boy what a mistake!

Congrats on putting together an amazing book! On another note Jack Kirby's signature changed over the years and also the prettiest ones were done by his wife... with all that being said I vote YES to it being authentic!
