Thanks again guys...will round up a few other books that were picked up this past year in a group shot...I'd like to get some feedback as far as your thoughts on iconic covers that you think that I should definately go after.

But my biggest purchase of last year, that even though not in a group shot would still like to include it.

I agree with you on the Ace 11 cover not being very appealing to say the list...but it's still a cool book to have. I need to take some more pictures of the other pickups.

You are making the correct decision in keeping the book as is...get it graded and just put it away. There are lots of boardies with oppinions on what to do with the book, but go with your heart or economic needs and think of the book as a blessing that you have had in your closet for many years without really knowing that you had it. Happy New Year!

This was the place that got me hooked on vintage comics… My cousin Mike lived in Passaic and I was invited to to his 10th birthday, well it turned out that Mike was just starting to get into comics and for his birthday my uncle took us to The Passaic Book Center where he bought Mike a box of 100 coverless comics for $5…and since my birthday was a week later he gave me my present that day by buying me a box of comics too… I remember the first few issues of the justice league lots of the legion issues of Adventure comics some richie rich and casper books from the 50's and 60's…which weren't that old at the time, I believe this was sometime around 1968. After this trek to the store I was hooked and would get my dad to take me there at least once a week. I can still smell the old musty smell of old newsprint…what memories!

As a big Robot fan...I just want to say how fantastic it is to see a fellow robot fanatic! Wonderful toys and books just the type of junk that I love...by the way any robots for sale?

As a fan of the green lantern, this book was a grail book that I was never able to purchase, either it wasn't affordable or if it was, I would miss out to another buyer. I was never able to finalize a deal on one, until a friend of mine calls me a couple of weeks ago to see if I would be Interested in the book, lo and behold I immediately say yes and we worked out the details. I am happy to say that it is now in my collection and I am proud to be able to show it to my fellow collectors.
