  1. Some of the earliest Bushmiller covers featuring Fritzi and Nancy
  2. The first book dedicated to Fritzi Ritz. She had been in anthology titles such as Tip Top since the mid '30s.
  3. To the best of my knowledge, we have never had a thread for Ernie and his creations. For those not familiar, I highly recommend Bill Griffith's graphic Bushmiller biography, Three Rocks. Well worth the money and time. Please feel free to post comic books, OA, comic strips or any other Bushmiller stuff you've got.
  4. Totally depends on the pedigree. I wouldn't have any problem with having a bronze pedigree book signed...
  5. Samm Schwartz would be my guess as well based on the description...
  6. Showcase #57 graded at 5.0 with off-white to white pages. First Enemy Ace tryout issue! $150
  7. I didn't mention them since they're strip reprints, but they are excellent reads, especially the early ones.
  8. Barks ducks are still my favorite read from the pre code era. I would also add Walt Kelly (Pogo and other works) and Little Lulu. For hero titles, a couple I haven't seen listed yet are Pep Comics (especially 17-50) and Air Fighters/Airboy.
