I never said I wouldn't refund him...he opened this case on me out of spite cause I gave him a piece of my mind earlier on being a hypocrite and didn't take kindly to his threats. Me running up a $20k tab on Comiclink isn't actually out of the norm, and I will be fine getting it taken care of in time, I was just letting him know that I do actually have other expenses and can't just drop everything to get him his money because he decided to cancel on me at the last minute...some of that came out of the fact that he was rude as sh it to me and a bit threatening...neither of which I respond very well to...not to mention he is attempting to get me put on the probation list just to spite me...apparently not knowing about the 30-day rule for shipping books out...which literally zaps every bit of credibility this complaint has.

I'm not trying to fool anyone or makes excuses...mess happens...I got in a car wreck...I couldn't move for a few days...I didn't think about business happenings for those few days...there were literally 25 packages waiting to ship and I had one arm...super sorry I didn't get to your package first. Weirdest thing about it was...none of the other 24 people complained in the slightest about the shipping delay when they found out I had been hospitalized from a car accident...but I guess that just speaks to your character. I never once said I wouldn't refund you...not once...even reiterating it as recently as today...and I tried at least 4-5 times to close this deal out by sending your books...you refused every time...and you literally just a few days ago finally confirmed your shipping address...still demanding a refund (by your own set deadline of 20th of this month)...but you saw me post some books on IG...so you got pissed off & came at me in a rude way...and I didn't respond well to that...and yeeeaahhh...I called you out for a few other things in that message today, including the claim that I have wasted soooo much of your time (POT...meet KETTLE)....but that's really the point of all this, right?....I didn't kiss your @ss or stroke your ego enough so we're here hashing this out in front of the entire forum now.

-Not sure where you're getting this "month later" timeline...as we "closed" the deal on the 18th, & I attempted to ship on the 2nd...but I didn't have his correct address anyway... -I was never given his address until the 26th or after when the check arrived...and I didn't even open it right away...I was still recovering. -He asked the day the check showed up if they had shipped, and I actually did run out of boxes...that's why I didn't attempt to ship until the following Monday (2nd) after getting the boxes that Saturday (the 31st) -He most definitely DID NOT send me his address in a private message or email until Wednesday of this last week (Feb 10th). -I attempted to send his books out numerous times starting on Feb 2nd, less than a week after receiving his check...even going so far as to offer a free bonus book or 2 to smooth things out...but he refused to provide his address... -I told him I would refund him numerous times, including earlier today...but because it wasn't fast enough, or "on his terms" (even though it's not the 20th yet...the deadline HE SET)...he saw me posting books on Instagram...so he nominated me out of spite (assuming that I bought them all with his $1500 apparently).

Yep, I agree...but I was hopped up on pain meds & too immobilized to do a dang thing with business for a few days at that point...it definitely set me back.... But I think the main fact we're overlooking here is that I literally didn't have his address IN ANY FORM until the check arrived on the 26th of January (or there abouts)...and didn't notice it had been written so poorly that I couldn't tell the difference between his 4's & 9's until I deposited the check & packaged his books on the 2nd of Feb. Annnnnd he's pissed off that I didn't ship on the 19th??? Come on man....you literally didn't give me your address until a week after that....

Yes, I was overestimating my ability to package that day...and when I attempted it simply wouldn't work...and again...I DID NOT HAVE THE BUYER'S ADDRESS UNTIL I RECEIVED HIS CHECK ON THE 25TH...and even then I could not discern between one digit in his P.O. Box...the "9" looked like it could be a "4" or a "9", and I didn't want to make that mistake without checking with him first. This was on the 2nd of Feb, I deposited his check & attempted to print his label but could not read the difference.

Not that it's any of your business, but I had over $5k in sales coming & going that week, as well as time-payments that come in on a weekly basis....so I didn't think the $1500 would make or break me....and to be honest...jumping thru hoops just to meet his demands "because he said so" was not exactly tops on my priority list after the way he stonewalled me....and as I said before....I was actually debating on nominating him for the PL...but figured it would just be easiest to give in to his demands and appease him so not to waste everyone's time & energy on something so trivial.

He gave me his shipping address on Wednesday of THIS WEEK...I had first requested it on Feb. 2nd when I couldn't read the note he dropped in with the check (it was never given in any messages until Wednesday of this week)

Ok, cool man, get petty if you want to...you're not my Bro, and I shouldn't insinuate anything of the sort. Second: "My timeline"...or the actual factual timeline as it's otherwise known...is that everything was hunky-dory...he sent the check...I received it...didn't make it to the bank for a few days...then i deposited it and packaged his books up the same day. He out sent me a message trying to cancel the transaction later that same night. The check had already been deposited and was in my possession for LESS THAN A WEEK...not "several weeks" as he is claiming...it's just not true...and I debated on nominating him for backing out of the transaction like that, but let it go, & had conceded to sending him a refund...just like my previous messages to him had stated...just like the message I sent earlier today had re-stated...so I'm really not sure what all this is about, other than him wanting to vent and drag my name through the mud.

Bro...because you said something to me in a message doesn't actually make it true...you were obviously itching to get this cancelled but wanted to save face so had to come up with something other than "my buyer backed out", because we had finalized a deal. I was literally debating on NOMINATING YOU for failure to complete a transaction....but decided not to stoop to that level. Which point? That he decided out of the blue that he wanted a refund just because? Sounded to me like he was looking for an excuse to back out because his buyer backed out...and it didn't sit well with me. I had his books packaged & ready to ship & he decided to pull the plug & not give me his address...what other point is there? My spending habits don't change any of that.

Ok...I used those things to make him understand that he can't just refuse to complete a transaction & then instantly demand a refund...that's not how things work. And yes, I owe money to other places other than just back to him...for a lot of things & a lot of reasons...but again...because his buyer backed out means that he can back out too>?

Yes, the money was spent before it was deposited...on other books, Wasn't planning on him pulling the rug out from under me like this...and I'm pretty sure "not being able to sell them to the guy you were buying them for" isn't actually a cause for demanding a refund....nor is it credible for PL nominations... And again...if I had written him a check where would I mail it to? He refused to give me his address as part of "the protest" he was staging.

I tried to ship the books the same day I deposited the check...I didn't have his address...he refused to complete the transaction after that & refused to give me his address...HOW THE HELL WAS I SUPPOSED TO SEND THE BOOKS OR A CHECK EVEN IF I WANTED TO?????

The check had already been deposited that day...he messaged me about cancelling at almost midnight AT THE END of that same day...if I had gotten his message beforehand I obviously WOULDN'T HAVE DEPOSITED HIS CHECK.

He sent me the address on Weds of this week (I stated yesterday in a previous post, but that's actually just when I read it for the first time)...so I do have the correct address now.

Now that I have his address (as of his message on WEDS), I am 100% willing to ship them out as soon as humanly possible just to get this in the rear-view!!

I have tried on numerous occasions to ship his books, including the very same day I deposited his check (wasn't even going to wait for it to clear)...he has refused to accept them...literally never giving me his address until he sent it in a message on Wednesday (WHICH I BELIEVE HE FAILED TO MENTION IN ALL OF THIS)...even though his demands were that I send a check for the refund...not sure where I was gonna send that too...but I do now have the address as of yesterday...so that's progress I guess

I literally tried to ship his books out the SAME DAY I deposited his check...I didn't even wait for it to clear...he wrote his address illegibly & I couldn't decipher it...I asked for his address & he decided that day to demand a refund...I have since begged him to let me ship the books out, even going so far as to offer to add a bonus book or 2 for not having them out sooner...and he had literally refused to give me his actual verified address until just Wednesday of this week (I read it yesterday)...so I'm not exactly sure how I was supposed to mail him any book OR a check up to this point...

If you find it so disgusting why are you creating all this unnecessary drama I literally said in my response earlier that I WOULD REFUND YOU...JUST LIKE I STATED IN PREVIOUS MESSAGES...BUT IT MIGHT TAKE ME A BIT OF TIME...AND YOUR "DEADLINE" HASN'T EVEN BEEN HIT YET...so it seems to me you just like to whine and are looking for a platform...I hear Facebook is great for creating turmoil & conflict these days...maybe try your hand over there with the other trolls... I literally wrote in my response earlier today that I'd get you refunded...and you said you were good for a couple weeks, SOOOO, what I do with my credit cards and paypal credit accounts in the meantime is actually NONE OF YOUR DA#N BUSINESS...because I'm not actually your , and I don't appreciate the way you've felt entitled to treat me as such thus far.
