  1. Thanks for the info (thumbs u But is a bye bye good investment? I keep one of each for my own collection but was trying to decide if I should get a few extra (Not clean out my LCS of course).
  2. Man I wish I was caught up, I just can't read single issues since I collect them, need that compendium 2 to come out dang it so I can start buying the TPB! As far as issue #98 goes, should I buy more than one
  3. Forgot, #50 Larsen variant, still would love that OA! Love the superhero concept alternate world
  4. I just sold through my 24 of 25 Gator sets (keeping one for myself) With shipping, fees, bags boards, etc. I probably lost $60 on the deal but that means I only paid $60 for my set of 10 that I get to keep which is what I was targeting so I am happy so I don't have to pay $150-$300 for the incentive! A lot of work though!
  5. Will Layman and or Guillroy be attending any East coast or midwest conventions this year? I would love to get their sigs on my books but just can't justify going out west.
  6. Speaking of Tyreese, this ebay listing cracked me up: Walking Dead #7 CGC 9.8!! 1st T-Dog ROBERT KIRKMAN/TONY MOORE ! REALLY PEOPLE?
  7. Love seeing pics. Plan on getting mine posted this weekend!
  8. Where can I find Peter or Kevin at a convention? I would love to get my collection SS from CGC otherwise I will just submit for standard grading. Thanks
  9. Awesome! Thanks! Will check this out and see how ong it takes me to get in the OA game.
  10. I am not new to comics by any means but where does someone typically purchase OA from? Never purchased before I would love to start picking up some TWD art. Outside of the obvious ebay (which does not have a lot anyways) Thanks!
  11. I am glad to hear it mentions this fall. After the 2nd compendium than I can keep up with the TPB. I jus like having it in one large book and don't dare read my personal collecible copies:)
  12. I know that is why it is high right now but any other reason? I am waiting for the 2nd 48 to come out before I catch up on the reading so no spoliers:)
  13. At least I'm not the only one who searches walking dead CGC and all that "CGC it" comes up. Then it takes twice as long to fish through the search!
  14. are you talking about the one that has a chip in the case? only reason for the slow down on what you saw today is the majority of those issues were lower grades 9.0 range. 9.8 still went for close to $1300
  15. I am part of that group that will add to the over production. Oh well, I need a master set:) That will pretty much also put me at my spending limit until I can sell some of my other collections.
  16. 33, was on a 20 year hiatus. Had over 1,000 comics from the 90's. Mom took me every wednesday. Got burnt a bit with overproduction like everyone else. Now I am back with a Vengance because of Walking Dead
  17. I like issue 10 and it does have significance but still feel issue 3 should be included in the list, I am sure we could go on and on about what is considered key issues. No one give issue 5 credit with it basically containing a camp fire discussion of orgins of all the main original group.
  18. Figured I might as well stop reading and start posting myself! Just got back in to comics two months ago after about a 20 year break. Like a lot of collectors, the 90's burnt me while I was growing up with comics. Now I am back with a vengance and working on my TWD CGC master set. Unlike some I love anything TWD including as many variants as they put out. Love the story and love the art.
