  1. JJ, it's been a while since you been round these parts! I hope this auction does super-duper well for you! I didn't visit the location to view the collection, yet, but I have until Dec. 1st. I definitely plan to visit at some point in the next couple of weeks.
  2. Nice! It's probably my favorite of all Dell'Otto covers.
  3. I got one from B&N too; the #100 variant seems to be in NM+ or better condition.
  4. Pretty sketch; for pencils only I'm pleasantly surprised it ended at the price it did!
  5. ...and I'd still love to get an Adlard sketch! I see that he does free head sketches all the time, but unfortunately not on the occassions when I've had the chance to greet him at NYCC.
  6. Wouldn't it make sense to expect this much green in a "real" environment of this type? Think about it, there are green lights and smoke/steam in the room. The green lights would reflect on the smoke/steam, so everything in the room would look different shades of green... no?
  7. Oh yeah, I agree with you. I don't like the cover either, but the actual figure isn't terrible.
  8. His art is actually good... https://rahzzah.deviantart.com/gallery/
  9. Great book and great sigs too! Not sure why anyone would want their copies signed by Stan Lee, but Liefeld (creator of Deadpool) and Campbell (cover artist) are def two cool sigs to have on this book. Excellent sig placement by both of them. Heck, imo Wein, Trimpe or JR Sr. would be better sig choice for this one over Stan.
  10. They can't all be winners... right? TWD is a book I still really enjoy month in and month out. And yes, since the move to the new boards, this thread has been, for the most part, desolate.
  11. It's more than likely that the fact that they didn't receive the books from Diamond in time for NYCC is why they are now being offered in store and online.
  12. RK = Robert Kirkman aka writer of TWD (TWD = The Walking Dead). @ Bleeding Stool =
  13. I totally agree with this; after it was leaked by RK, a lot of stores pulled the "pink" variants, so plenty of fans didn't have a chance at them without the inflated price. I think it'd have been really cool to keep it a surprise until after Wednesday...
