  1. I don't have much (almost $17 ) but I'm going to use it on a slab in April. I think it's a great program and I hate they are messing with it.
  2. I'm not too happy to hear that Ebay is ending the Ebay bucks program in Canada I know. Bastards. Wonder why. Increasing fees, cutting benefits, forcing sellers down certain paths (ie: mandatory accepting returns, one day ship, etc.).... I think eBay is out for a popularity contest.
  3. I think Sarfa has dibs on the next contest prize giveaway, but MM is so good I'm thinking about giving away a reader run for the contest after next. If you haven't read this series, the hardcover is on pre-order now for 4/10 release. Worth more than the $16 they are asking IMHO. Great news on extending the run to 36 issues. I wouldn't be surprised if it went beyond that due to the quality of the series R
  4. Just read it. It's worth the hype. Very good first issue. Also read Saga #11, Think Tank #6, and Clone #5.... Also, all top notch. Reading more later, including re-reading EoW
  5. You have made a mistake my friend. There is time to remedy it...
  6. Yes it is. The awesomeness of some of these new title will not outshine quality. The fan base (including me) is there and ready for more!
  7. Confession: I didn't t really know what a lobotomy was until Shutter Island (never had to think about it)... Then poor baby Emily Brown in Sucker Punch. Such a waste of a beautiful mind (and movie for that matter).
  8. Fantastic Four #48 that autographed by Jack Kirby, maybe? I got a bunch of books autographed by Kirby when I met him back in the '90s, so those are all cool. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com Surfer fan... I knew there was a reason you were good peeps beyond NWM. Got a #48 myself and a nearly complete SS run. Good stuff (thumbs u KIRBY
  9. With 150K... Looks like Zeus (aka Jupiter) has a bunch of kiddies (aka Children, aka Legacy)
  10. Who taught you to take a new line for every sentence? Hi Katchoo How Have You Been I've Been Well Apparently You Haven't Been Introduced To my Friend Andy Andy Meet Katchoo
  11. finished it.... Should have brought some crackers. Forgot how cheesy it was
  12. I don't get the 150,000 print run play. It negates subsequent prints and variants.
  13. +1 I would say these will end up in the $1 bin, but they will be returned, so.....
  14. For the most part, I would agree. There are bright spots here and there. I liked Grant Morrison's run on New X-Men, same with Joss Whedon's Astonishing X-Men. Currently, I've been (mostly) enjoying All-New X-Men. With the FF, it's basically the Lee & Kirby run, then the stuff Roy Thomas, Len Wein and Marv Wolfman did with George Perez, Keith Pollard and others around FF 160-200, then Byrne's run. Oh, and I guess there's Simonson's all-too-brief run around 350, too... Silver age FF and Bronze age X-Men is the bulk of what I actually collect. Down to fewer than 50 issues of FF, only two left on X-Men! -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com What's THE book in your collection that gets you "giddy" ?
