    love the conversation here but maybe the haters can set up a hate thread. I mean why watch the show just to pi55 and moan? Zombie tactical force van ruled, I dont think it was andrea but that would be cool if it was. The previews for next weeks episode had andrea and gov arguing about her wanting to visit the prison even..... although she could be playing double agent now... hmmm.. I like it. we will soon see.

    update... so the 9-19 invoice just went straight from "verified" to "graded" today. Anyone else had this happen? 9-19 invoice shipped today. 9-19 received today 9-17 invoice still "scheduled"

    I found the online form, thanks for the tips. Now it appears I am only able to select registered USPS mail before I can proceed. Moving forward with a call to florida now. update - just talked to a rep and seems I need to click registered and then physically cross it out after printing and replace with my fedex information.
