I'm guessing you are a glass is half-empty type of guy?

I guess Henry Rollins has a decent sized forehead. Isn't that who he's modeled after?
-
Holy , how big is Negans forehead???
Jim
Hahahahahaha. What a pile of garbage.

Love the description. I'm definitely buying it but only if it comes back as a 9.5. Maybe a 9.7

I order from midtown often. I've just learned to order 2 of everything so you get at least one good one. They pack it well, it's just a crapshoot on the condition when they box it up.

Robot chicken up on midtown Go!
Thanks for the heads up boardie! I ordered 3 copies. Now let's pray to the comic gods for tight corners, straight spines, and flat covers!
Knowing Midtown, 2 will be ok and 1 will be effed up.

I looked at print run for #1 - 5 and they were all 60K+
I may be stupid, but give me some credit.
Yeah you were right, #11 did 57k

If print run is 60K, that puts this at a 6K print run. Price on midtown is ok. I don't see making much $ on a flip. Cool cover though

JUL128006 REVIVAL #2 2ND PTG $2.99 12-Sep-12
From Previews
No covers out yet?

Looks like Rosen submitted more Revivals, I see a few more 9.4's on the census!
Didn't I tell you to give up comedy? Until you get a 9.8 on anything, u shut it

Who wants to sell me a SDCC 9.8 for $200?
If you're talking about the CBLDF:
- Buy 3 from Mile High for $100 each.
- Fast track.
- Sell 2.
- Keep one.
- ? ? ?
- Profit.
Seriously, I bought a few when they were $50 each and they were damn nice copies.
Phase 1: collect underpants
Phase 2: ?
Phase 3: profit

Which one is being referred to as the SDCC one? I've heard people refer to the Third Eye Variant and the CBLDF as a SDCC.

ah, i must have missed that, thanks.....
No problem.
Once he told me that it became the reason why I have bought every graphite cover.
So does this mean you're the one that has my precious #1 cover?
remember when the OA to cover #1 sold for $600 and some people were like ... why so much?
The covers for #3 and #4 in pencil are still available for $600.

Here's the deal with Revival #2 Most of the print run was damaged during shipment to dealers...blame DIAMOND.
Dealers, rather than putting these on the shelves, opted out to return them to Diamond with the anticipation that they would be replaced.
That is the source of information.
I have 2 copies, 1 with bend in top right corner, one that is 'wavy' according to Bagel, and 2 on their way from midtown (we'll see how they look)
Just got my 2 from midtown, both are easy 9.8's.

I really wanted that #5 graphite to go with my pencil version. It'd look so nice in a 3 set frame with the pencil next to the graphite next to a copy of the comic when it comes out.

When I order stuff from Midtown, it usually arrives the Monday after the comics are released. You'll probably get them monday.
CGC is definitely running late because of Chicago.
-
I should've cracked out my 9.4 and sold it raw
-
Yeah, that's not happening. Not for your 'wavy' copy. #2 sold out before they even hit the shelves on Wednesday. I'm assuming that news spread and people bought up as much as they could.

I just got an eBay offer of $7000.00 on my #1 9.9 & what do I do? I counter at $7500.00
I'm such an azz, I'd luv to set a new GPA (last was $7000) ... Plus I'd like the extra $500
$7001 would still set a new GPA. I'd say 7500 is a good #

got my 2 $50 black and white #1's today from mile high comics.. top notch and perfect condition
Glad to hear it. I ordered one myself. Hope it's tight like yours.
Got mine. Really nice copy! Shipped great.
Got mine from Mile High today as well, I ordered them on Friday.
Its funny you mention how nice the quality is, cause I just texted Rosen that I think this is the nicest copy of a comic I've ever received from a shipment.
Ran my fingers gently down the spine and felt absolutely nothing. Its like they've never even been touched before. I need to submit these asap
Did you let Rosen touch it? If so get ready to get a 9.4
Touché
But I refuse to listen to bagel about his 9.9's he thinks he has when all his other 9.9's are really 9.6's.

Something about this post sounds vaguely pornographic.
If it was a 9.8 when he got it, how much will cgc take off for 'sticky' stains on the cover?

The first link you posted was my copy
Prices have obviously fallen but that's due to a barrage of supply. When mine sold, it was the only one on eBay. 2 days later, there were 10 copies on eBay. I think it's pretty good that it's holding on around the $80 mark. That's a $40-50 profit on each 9.8 submitted assuming you bought at cover.
