  2. Hi Try clicking on the bottom three segments (ones from December 2004) on the following link for the Jon Berk Zones http://comiczoneradio.com/interviews/?q=john_berk Thank you -- I was looking for this a few years ago but thought it was lost to the sands of time.
  3. That grease pencil is just awful. Fortunately I run a grease pencil recycling plant, send it my way and I can take care of it for you.
  4. Suffering from pulp withdrawal... somebody post something!
  5. Love the comment, tell your wife you actually saved money buying the comic. Congrats!
  6. Picked up my first Bolles Nice cover, though what really put my interest over the top was the expertly-researched and well-written writeup here: http://enochbolles.blogspot.com/2016/05/a-long-lost-bolles-girl.html
  7. I just died inside a bit You and me both. 0.5. Moderate-sized pieces missing from interior. Affects story. PQ slightly delicious.
  8. I wonder if a studio exec has ever greenlit a film because they own high grade keys
  9. Cool pickups. I noticed HA has some books from the Larry McMurtry collection listed right now. If that is the famous author and not just someone with the same name, that would be a neat item to have in a collection.
  10. I hit the Windy City show yesterday, was fun, and have a few observations: - lots of Weird Tales, Spicy __ Stories, Argosy, Western, Amazing Stories -- I am curious if those are the most collected, or simply the most common? - lots of reprints, I wasn't aware that was such a big deal - I didn't see a ton of what I'd call "big books" -- as a relative newbie though I'm not sure I'd even recognize them - to my eye, the ratio of cool to generic/drek seems higher in pulps than comics -- but I think people's mileage would vary on this - more comics than I expected at the show based on the advertising - I couldn't stay for the Fri night auction, but walked through the preview room and the condition on many of those books was incredible!
  11. Great! Love how you capitalized MY as well, you got yours which is something many just dream of!
