OK, guys. It pains me to do this, but I woke up this morning with a huge headache and cough. I have no idea how I would have caught a cold, as I spend the majority of my time working out of my basement and barely leave the house. No one else in the family is sick. I wanted to wait this out for the morning to see if this passes, but it doesn't look like I'm getting any better. I'm going to do the responsible thing and not attend the show this year. I'll leave this thread up for a couple days, then close things out.

Ugh... C2E2... you're doing everyone dirty! Single day passes for Friday and Sunday just jumped up $10 at the stroke of midnight. The show's not even sold out on any single day. As of last week, they still had only sold 75% of their passes.

Yeah... no. Anyone read the terms? There's a section on collecting bio-metric information, including fingerprint and iris scans. Sure, maybe that's not required for this show, but no thank you. What's just as bad is that they collect your email address AND phone number BEFORE you can even agree to the terms. I work in IT. That's shady behavior so they can make their buck on selling YOUR information.

And that does it for last year's books. Again, expect to see the 2021 Show Exclusives pop up right here on Friday night. Requests welcome, but I can't make any guarantees. I'll try to contact people over PM at the show with updates.

The next two books I refuse to grade higher than NM. All of the oversized Marvel comics of the last 10 years suffer from corner bindery tears due to the cover stock that can't handle the extra pages. While CGC tends to look the other way and generously hand out 9.8s on books like this, I don't agree. Other than those tears, these books are pretty flawless. Listing a couple more books now, then the rest late tonight... This title was successfully launched through Kickstarter. It seems the pandemic slowed things down a bit. Regardless, this zine (as they call it) measures about 5x7.5 inches and prints the first few pages of the book. Unfortunately, no. I haven't found anything, and C2E2 no longer has a population of all the exclusives on their website like they've always done in year's past. It's painstaking, but Twitter is your friend in cases like this. I haven't had time to cross reference all the vendors with their feeds. I'll likely be picking up books from Unknown, Comics Elite, and Comic Mint, then I'll see what else is available when I get on the show floor.

I have about 10-15 more exclusives from past C2E2's to post, but will likely finish that up sometime in the afternoon. Again, requests for any of this year's variants should come in sooner than later, as the show is a little more than 24 hours away.
