  1. what price did the Sketch RRP cost ya ? NM one cost me 110 and a NM- one cost me 86 (only issue is a very small crease that can easily be pressed out and the bindery tear people have mentioned before).
  2. 3 NYCC 2 NYCC Sketch 3 3rd Eye 3 Phantom 3 Detroit 3 regular and waiting on 3 FP That's what I got going currently
  3. I'm haapy with my 2 of every printing minus one third eye and sketch variant.
  4. I'm happy solely because I want to watch it on the tv. On a separate note, I found out the grades on the 2 books I had signed at NYCC. Got a 9.8 on the 1:10 variant and a 9.2 on the regular cover.... have no idea what happened there I think I'm going to sell that one and try again with one of handful I still have.
  5. Aren't they selling for well above what FP is asking for them too? I mean I would like an unsigned but not for insane prices.
  6. I don't mind raw signed comics. I think it's cool but I feel they should at least give the customer a choice. I know a lot of people don't like sigs of any kind.
  7. Very true. You should never push something on someone that doesn't want it. Personally for me though it's in my top 3 of books I look forward to reading.
  8. I personally love the pacing. You don't need big things to happen every issue, I like the build up. Each his own I guess. But I'm signing up FOR a pull list at one of my LCS.
  9. I certainly missed the boat with that one. I am guessing I will struggle to get hold of either the RRP or the Detroit variant Trade you for OA! ;-) +1
  10. I only checked 2 LCS but they both had about 5-7 books. The spines had cracking/color breaking all the way up, but I managed to pick out 2 that didn't have that issue.
  11. I so totally do! I also was able to find find one for 15. Would have liked it for less, but given it's a tough one to find.
  12. I'm going to be outside my LCS when they open to hopefully cherry pick their copies.
  13. Damn! $550?? Wow, my guess was it could probably go for around $400 when someone else posted a link to this same book a few pages ago on this thread! $550 is crazy though! That is something. Way above what I would pay for it... but each his own I guess...
  14. but isn't the hunt part of the fun? nice snag! True I love it. But given a 5 dollar shipping charge compared to 30+ dollars in tolls, parking and gas or 15+ dollars for train tickets... I'll take the stuff mailed to me.
  15. Don't happen to have a rough estimate on when you might post an announcement? LIke a week, month, etc? I love looking at this site in my spare time but don't want to refresh the out of a thread
  16. I'm happy I got 3 for 7 each from graham cracker. Wanted to do an instore pickup but they only have it available for their edgewater location downtown chicago. Cheaper to just have it shipped then paying for gas and parking or riding the train downtown.
  17. They do that with most books.
  18. +1 Thanks for letting a variety of shops do this Larry. Graham Crackers is in my backyard.
  19. Picked up all the reprints and #4 today from one of my LCS. Love that place, always have at least 10 copies of every print.
  20. Thanks guys was leaning that way myself, but when he couldn't pick between 3 different grades made me go... wtf?
