  7. Watch out for snake oil salesmen. Rarity doesn't always go hand in hand with the sticker price. it's the thrill of the chase. collectors are an odd breed. There, I broke it down to bullet points for ya!

  11. Considering the art and the content, I suspect most copies were "coffee table" copies, particularly in college dorms, etc. Which would account for lower grades all around.
