  1. And you think that is isolated to eBay for some reason? Talk about drinkin' the Kool-Aid.
  2. Batman and Spidey, Batman and Spidey, Batman and Spidey . . . rinse and repeat.
  3. My presser only takes 2 weeks max. My presser doesn't exist.
  4. I think it's pretty cool that we have some big-time sellers that participate here (and admittedly, I am the smallest of small-fries . . .) but we are all here because we love the books. Period.
  5. My kids have already graduated . . . (but I'm still paying for it.)
  6. I'm investing 40% of my 401k in Fidelity's bitcoin fund . . .
  7. Well that eliminates virtually 80% of the posts here. (and quite a few of yours.)
  8. And I probably sold my OO tomato box copy for $20 . . .
  9. This thread began before you even joined the boards . . . so please, STEP AWAY FROM THE CAR!
  10. Of course it does, but if you really looked at the books you characterize as one-offs you will see that most of them come right from these pages. Do you mean you want to list CGC-slabbed books only? Do they have to sell for a gazillion dollars? Just what is your point exactly? I'll beat the anticipated response from the peanut gallery . . . POWER TO THE PEOPLE, RIGHT ON!
  11. Is that what you do? Shame on you! And for the record: I have never trimmed a book and then sold it. NEVER.
  12. Big freakin' whoop . . . is that nuanced enough for you?
  13. @manetteska - Please post your last 15 CA sales. I'd be happy to critique them for you.
  14. I'll sort it however I wish, thank you. You said "most", not I. Why would I want to look at a bunch of lower priced books? I'm not buying, I'm selling.
