    I just got my FIRST BATMAN! I always loved the cover. It reminds me of my first exposure to Batman, the 60's TV show intro. It was a fun read! -Check out this FANTASTIC panel on the first page. Pre code fun.- -ROBIN!!!- -The Cat Woman's First Costume wasn't what I expected. heh! -Classic Catwoman & Batman shenanigans.- -A one page feature "the ODD side of War" Back when all of America's wars started in April and "World War" wasn't a series. -Some Cool Ads-

    Great post! Nice mix of events all tied together. Do one of these WF comics depict superman with blond hair? I remember seeing something about that. My grandparents lived in NYC and mentioned going to the WFs. I wish I knew more. Thank you!

    Thx! Haha, in this issue all he does is stop some civilian boat blackmailers. Nothing to do with any military anything. I wish it did. I have no idea if Supes kills any Axis in the comics, but that's an interesting question. Does anyone know which book has his first interior fight with axis military?

    I finally made it! I'm glad it's raw, as it was fun to read. I do wish he actually fought a tank in the issue... ...and it was full of Nazis.

    I picked up 4 this weekend at the Seattle Con. I was hoping for some Mystics or a USA 7 or MMC 40. I saw one copy of each, all out my price range.

    My first Superman book. I got it at the Seattle con this weekend. I don't like the GIANT cgc case that much, but I'm glad it's mine.

    Thanks for the info guys. I was interested in some of his ebay items, but wanted the scoop from the board before contacting him. In his descriptions he talks a lot about not having time to waste, I wish he would respect mine by clearly identifying books that would likely get a PLOD. The only way I can justify this hobby is by putting all my $100+ complete books in CGC. I can't imagine the nightmare my family would face if they had to sell non CGC books.
