  1. The Xbox 360 and PS3 were actually the first generation of home consoles that I don't feel any particular need to upgrade, especially with all the juicy deals on PS Plus. They are "good enough" for me, and while I will upgrade in a year or two (when the next Elder Scrolls or Borderlands game pops up), with no support for PS3 or Xbox 360 games on the new systems, there's certainly no reason to hurry. I can remember with the PS3, when they announced that BC was going away, searching madly for a MGS4 SE. Now, who cares when you buy? And damn, are there some great free (and almost free) games on PS Plus - I'm on some gaming forums and laugh when the PS4 newbs continually ask "how can I play the free Borderlands 2/DMC/Dragon's Dogma/XCOM/Bioshock Infinite/etc." on my PS4? That all may change when Playstation Now launches. Makes PS4 backwards compatible and will also let you play classic PS2 and PS1 games
  2. Definitely get Titanfall in March. It looks like mad fun!
  3. FINALLY STICKIED!!! Good job Harvey! (thumbs u
  4. Focus man! Otherwise things can get out of hand and you'll end up spending more money than you want to. They say it's addicting, but in the long run, you don't want like hundreds of statues, unless that's your thing
  5. Were you able to catch the delivery guy this time?
  6. What if you went to the UPS that is holding your package? And wait, they only attempt 3 times? What if you miss again?
  7. TRUTH! Yuh!!! Just for references sake Good lord look at that . Ok, I needs me a Ms. Marvel to keep Jessica company
  8. Out of curiosity, when did you get notification on when you'd receive it? I just re-ordered Mary Jane and I wanna make sure I'm still in town when it gets delivered
  9. I just gave in, I'm buying Gwen and MJ. The paint application is just TOO GOOD to pass up
  10. Just great! I pre-ordered all three of the statues, cancelled both Gwen and MJ, and now a Black Cat gets teased. I wanna get all of them now, cause I'm just like that completist type guy that people think are crazy I love the MJ and the Spidey but yeah it was hard agreeing to hand over $270 for Gwen. Not my favorite piece because of the closed eyes but in the end i knew i would regret not having the whole collection, especially now they have announced more. Read on another forum that they will be doing more Campbell statues after Black Cat but they didn't say what or even if it would be Marvel. If they continue to go with the ASM Campbell collection, hopefully we'll be seeing some villains, or Aunt May.....

  12. This subject has come up before. I have a few thoughts on it. While rarity no doubt can play a factor in driving up the prices of certain GA books, a book does not need to be incredibly rare by GA standards to maintain an extremely high value, with the potential to trend upwards. Lets compare Batman #1 to Action #7 for instance. Both are incredibly desirable, but Action #7 is considerably more rare. Content for content, there is no competition: Batman #1 1st app. of the Joker. 1st app. of Catwoman. 2nd app. of the Joker. 2nd app. of Hugo Strange. 3rd app. of Robin. Last Pre-Robin Tec story. Action Comics #7 7th app. of Superman. Circus story. One book's content was used as reference material by Christopher Nolan for one of the most successful films in the history of modern cinema, the latter sports a really cool cover. Adding my .02. I think the Joker is DC's third biggest character behind Supes and Bats. I find this to be my stance on the Jokester as well
  13. I was wondering about the last one. Who is the guy in the red and black? Kinda looks like Spiderman with weird feets
  14. Hold on there...I hated 3 but love 4. 4 is a vast improvement; it isn't even close. I liked 1 loved 2, brotherhood not so much and revelations made me not want to play another one of those games. I guess I am missing out? I also liked 2 the best. I'd say give 4 a chance, and skip the rest. Maybe I will try 4. (thumbs u. Playing the newest Bioshock....not loving that either. Heard good things about it. Not sure what I am missing. The onslaught of things to pick up is getting crazy. Well, as the year went on, people started to hate on the game. To be honest, the combat gets repetitive. The story hooked me and the art direction was absolutely beautiful. Whatever you do, at least try to finish the game. You need to see the ending
