I saw a few of his items and based on the price he made some coin on them.

WOW. I opened up my my box of March pre orders and they made an error. Some how I ended up with 20 copies of #4.

$35 for a comic that's only on issue #4 isn't exactly 'killed'.

 

Poor choice of word, I agree. I have noticed a dip in the prices on eBay for issues 1-3.

I figured some of market dip is due to people having just paid property tax and yearly taxes. Other went big on East of West pre orders.

Maybe when refunds roll in the spending will increase.

Better start speculating on titles/creators that aren't that popular or well known this year and hope for the best

Or wait for titles that are coming out towards the fall when all speculators are broke from bumping their old 10 copy pre-order to 100 or their 100 pre orders to 1000

It *was* my book. I sold it last week. I thought I got a very solid price for it, especially in light of the fact that 9.9 is no longer the highest graded copy. It is very ballsy of the seller to try to instaflip with a no reserve auction.

That would be funny if you bought it back for less.
