would like to see some major changes to the status quo. Kill off a few majors and let other flourish that wouldn't normally. I dig Jesus and think he might make one hell of a leader. Rick just seems to have lost the touch to lead, he's just lacking

I did some research on these....they are being sold via DCBS eBay account. I requested a photo of the book and was sent a pic of the front cover. Looked pretty minty to me.

One of my LCS just sold me the complete run of these books as a steal of a price. I had already read the series via trades but now I have them all in floppy form too

Nice! I read the trades first as well. Never did find a complete set at a worthwhile price. Was able to pick up a few issues here and there. Then a few weeks ago one of my LCS had issue 1 on the wall. Got it for a reasonable price. Now it's off at CGC awaiting some slabbing!

I don't know, man . I cut my baseball leagues back to 4...I was hoping to cut back on football leagues this year, but at 7 I'm one over last year...and the preseason is just starting. The payouts and trash talking make it fun and worth it.

Payouts are always worth it, as is the smack talking so right on!

To answer the question of where I got these....

In 2002 I was at SDCC and Playmates was there with the prototype of Leo. It's was the coolest thing so I decided to preorder it. Afterwards I found Mikey discounted online...believe it was Target.com. When Raph came out I preorderd from Entertainment Earth. Had to get Don from ninjaturtles.com as he really never made it out for sale at the normal retailers.

The Leo and Mikey's are fairly common but the Raph and Don are pretty rare from what I hear. Those two normally don't come up for sale often. Price point on each was $125, not bad at all for the quality of them.

I'm happy they have been sitting on my desk for quite some time!

Been a Turtles fan for a long time. Loved what Eastman and Laird put out back in the 80's I started reading the book when issue 3 hit the stands. Grabbed a #1 (2nd print) and a #2 and took the city bus home to start my turtle adventure. Never looked back and to this day I like to reread the 1st series on an annual basis.

Lack of communication on why the book is delayed and the delay itself sucks.

On the bright side there is some much awesomeness coming out of Image and other publishers these days that this delay doesnt bother me.

Hell, if I can wait 3 years between the last two issues of Planetary then I can withstand this delay. As I wait for this book I will just go read all the other great books out now.
