Grand Avenue Books in Williamsburg Brooklyn (early 80's) was where I first bought comics, but they only had back issues. My first LCS that I went to for new releases every week was Mike's Continental Comics (Mike Carbo) in Forest Hills Queens, NY. It was a small little shop before he opened up the larger store around the corner. Little Nemo's was a couple blocks away also. Great memories!!

Mine said Media Mail also, which means my post office will open it and inspect it and charge me more or send it back. I only ordered 2, so the $8.25 shipping cost would have covered Priority with no problem. I sent them a note, not sure if it will change anything though. As I figured would happen, my post office opened and inspected the books and now they are charging me additional money for Priority because comics are not media mail. I emailed them 2 times but I don't expect to hear from them. I doubt I will be purchasing from them again.

Grand Street Books - You walked in and looked at his list of back issues (he had everything) then he would go downstairs and pick it for you. After them, it was Continental Comics -(Mike Carbo's first place) on Austin St and down the block was Little Nemo's. I always wonder what happened to the Grand Street Books collection once the owner either closed or passed on.

Regular print 4th world variant CBDLF Variant Ghost Variant Midtown Variant NYCC Variant Plus i heard there will be second prints of #1 coming. Good luck to completionists trying to collect the entire run of this series. There is a Hastings variant also.
