It's an ongoing, but it will be done in Saga style, with a break after each story arc and a TPB released during the break.

Paypal ruled in my favor and I will be getting a refund in the next day or two. Still no word from Ajaxfarrell though. Same. Paypal provided the refund but I think he should remain on the list until he can discuss why he failed to follow through on his sales. I never got my purchase (even though he said it was mailed weeks ago), never responded to me, so he's going to stay on the list until he refunds me, since I can't go through Paypal. Still very disappointing. I agree, he should not be removed. I know there are a few others still waiting on refunds.

I too would like to officially add Ajaxfarrell. Here is the recap: 7/16 - I requested 2 clocks and he sent me an invoice. 7/17 - Payment sent 7/23 - I follow up and he says they are shipping tomorrow 7/28 - He says he is having computer troubles and needs a few days if I still want the clocks. I agree that I want them. 8/9 - He says they will ship Monday 8/11 - computer issues are fixed. 8/19 - He says they will finally ship out on Tuesday 8/19 - Family issues held him up. 8/19 - I request tracking (read - no response) 8/24 - I ask if they have shipped (unread no response) 8/28 - I give up and tell him I am filing a paypal claim though I would still take the clocks if it can be worked out. No response Paypal claim opened, no response to it so far. Sadly I really want the clocks based on all the good things I have heard, but at this point, I doubt I would ever get them.

You can put him on the PL is you wish to. As a Boardie pointed out a while back, don't get too hung up on how they'll get off before putting them on. How to get off is between the two of you...it could be as little as an apology. I'm not saying you should, just that the option is still open to you. The only thing that I can think of that would make sense would be to recommend him to be placed on the probation list until every person that bought from him on that thread has either received their purchase or refunded. From what he has said and what others have said I don't believe anyone has gotten their clock(s) yet. That is sort of like a class action though and I don't really have the consent of anyone else to do it. Does it seem unreasonable? Call me crazy but if someone has a sales thread I think it should be expected that they actually deliver the goods sold rather than just collect the money. You nominate someone for your own transaction. Let others nominate for themselves if they want to. Would it be considered bad form to bump this thread ( http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=7845801#Post7845801 ) to ask if anyone has received their clock? Edit: I just wanted to quote this from his thread: Those look awesome. If I would have seen the thread, I would've definitely wanted the AF #15 and/or ASM #129. They do look awesome, but today is day 44 since I paid, so I had to file a paypal dispute since he hasn't answered my pm's for over a week after telling me repeatedly that they were shipping the next day. I would still rather have the clocks but I doubt I will see them at this point.

ajaxfarrell I am actually at 41 days, I gave him 2 more days then I am filing a claim. Its a shame because I really want the clocks I purchased.
