  1. Sorry I posted my earlier reply before seeing this. You definitely had me scratching my head since I could not find the books in my database and as I stated have not listed any other Star Wars title except the Marvel series.
  2. I am checking my database and if you would pm me the title/issue number I would appreciate it. Did I send an invoice with these books? Can you send me the invoice number? Normally the only series I have on my website are the marvel Star wars issues.
  3. Since I don't know forum id's in my database I have to ask the question on the boards.
  4. What did you buy from me that you felt was overgraded? Small sample? 5 books, 10 books? Specific grade? Gold/Silver/Bronze/copper? Different grades? Your perk list, everyone has one. Could be page quality, undisclosed writing, date stamps, registeration of covers, staple placement etc.
  5. Another pile that needs thinning. Lots of room on my website to sell some.
  6. Hmmm, maybe the problem is that you are using Comiclink
  7. It is already $300 over what it is worth.
  8. Wait for the pound to recover and then you can bid 80-90% of asking price.
  9. I thought you might have been thinking about him but not sure what he has to do with this thread. Guess I'm missing all of this Gold forum humor.
  10. Your note implies to me that they were "consigned" which they were not.
  11. Bob Storms bought those Detective books, they weren't "listed". Keep going Peter, I'm waiting for some more "history"
  12. Does the "Complete History" come with your attempt at buying the book from me? I'd love to hear your version of that story.
  13. Probably better if the owner sent it to CGC and accepted whatever it graded out at.
  14. Well I'll see how the trend continues because the Larson Detective #37 7.0 was just listed for sale on my website.
  15. A consignor is bringing the book to the show. Have to discuss price with him.
  16. This is a pretty offensive post for you to write and frankly don't find it funny. I was paying attention to the auction but the book sold to a customer for full price. The book has been up for sale for months and been at shows. As with the current AF #15 "frenzy" I'm not sure why it takes a auction to "Validate" a sellers price. The scummy thing to do would have been to raise the price on each bid increase. I'm sure you would have had a field day with me if I was doing that.
  17. I have a 5.5 up for sale on my website as well as a 7.5 coming to Wondercon
  18. Define a "straight up dealer" since I was a dealer at the show. Do we slouch? Not meet your expectations?
  19. If I'm correct I believe that NYPD does not have jurisdiction in the Javit's center. When one of my boxes was stolen I was dealing with State troopers, not NYPD.
