Just flipped through this thread, lots I hate for this movie, I'm certain I'm in the minority but I'm more excited by this movie than justice league, I just wonder if there are too many characters on the team initially

 

I suspect that much like the books some of these guys/gals aren't going to make it - hence "suicide squad"

No language in the original listing stating payment due only in pm that he would pay in the next few days, regarding reneging, no I do not know, I just know that when I have bought or sold a book in the past it is done usually within 24 hrs unless there is an issue for one of us, so basically even though he said he would pay in a few days he still has 30 days?

Okay guys update as I looked through our pm's, so I sold the book last Saturday and asked for payment he said in a few days, I said okay, on Monday or Tuesday I pm him and said that I needed the book paid so I can ship it out before I leave out of town, message read by him and then no answer from him, so now it had been one week and he stated payment would be made in a few days is this not reportable now as he has reneged on his stated payment terms? Thx for the help

30 days okay, unfortunately I did not say when I needed or wanted payment will do this next time, thx you for the answer

Robb said it right, there is only a 50% chance (maybe less) that the resto could even be removed without destroying the book (and sending the grade much lower - even if the seller didn't care about destroying it - which I would hope is NOT the case!)

 

The math is simple. with a blue label 4.0 worth, say $9K, it's a real stretch to pay $5K for that book. Of course, if the buyer just wanted a nice presenting copy......they're pretty rare. So few copies of this grail around, I've always been surprised how cheap it had been (starting to come to reality now).

I believe I have owned 12 action 1's and 17 detective 27's at this point...but I might be one off , exercised my brain a bit too much

 

What's the highest grade you owned of each?

action 1...blue...cgc6.5, restored....8.0 mod p

tec 27...blue...cgc 4.0, restored...9.2 ext p

The wife and I just started watching season 1 on netflix and we are enjoying it.

 

I gotta admit that I thought it was going to be Dawson's Creek or One Tree Hill with capes and it has been far from it.

 

I am curious though, is the relationship between Tommy and Laurel going to play into the plot at all? I'm 10 episodes in and it just feels like their relationship is filler. I use their conversations as an opportunity for a bathroom break most of the time.

Fyi, they r on repeats now, season 2 episode one was just on Wednesday and looks like they r repeating the whole season, I just hate waiting every week for one episode after watching 5-6 at one time on netflix

Just contacted comiclink apparently I was on the wait list also and I never got the confirm email , so it's not mine unfortunately,there was apparently a long list on the wait list for the book at that price
