Hi everyone. I was hoping you could please help me. I hope this is the right place to bring the issue about a buyer who has not yet paid after promising me since he put a claim on the books for $106. the seller CopperAgeKids put a claim on a couple of books on 11/24/16 and few days later re negotiated with me on more books. See attached screen grab of his message: I have pm'd him a few days ago and never heard back. i have pm'd him today too and still have not heard back. He claims he bought a set of comics, but his obligation should be to me with his claim to comics. Any suggestions please?

I want to say to WeR138 that I have no hard feelings and I wish to have him return as a buyer from me here in the forums. I will work out a better format so that I will keep track of all my future sales. Thank you everyone who participated in this dispute to try and resolve this issue for both of us. Igor

Yup you are correct. Going forward I will follow these steps. I whole heartily agree and will do so. Yes. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. Especially me.

I think your hung up on this far too much. Your upset that you didn't get the books you claimed as you stated.... "common books". Well if they are common as you said, then go and buy them somewhere else. I have shown to you my screen grabs. You are not satisfied. That's not my problem. Let it go. What else can I prove to you that you are not satisfied with? Are you upset i showed you my screen shots and you need something more? Is there something else you need from me at this time? Please anyone reading this, what else do I need to show to the seller?

I think this screen shot proves my point that I sent my email for payment. I did not see your claim. You did not put a as my forum specifically states to do to claim the books. You claim feel thru the cracks above some who did put a sign and I thought I was handling the claim. I have profusely apologized and admitted I was wrong in this situation here in forums you need to show to everyone. If thats not enough, then I cannot help you in waht your hung up on. I pm'd you earlier today, stating I was wrong and would like tom make up. You are keep telling me I am a liar. Sorry I cannot make this right for you. and not your business here telling me I can or cannot sell here.

I said I sent an email to pay by providing my email account for payment thru paypal. Attached is a screen shot of this: but it was for another book. I didnt realize and did not see your claim to the books. screen shot: I never said I sent a invoice since i never got your email or the other persons for the other book.

Here are two screen shots. 1st shot: I missed the" take it" from the initial buyer cause right below is another buyer with the sign for Marvel Premier #47 My eye just went to the buyers sign. Here is my PM that I sent to follow up on a book. 2nd shot: Later someone through PM asked me about the Captain Marvel to throw in as a deal and he paid. Some else pointed out that those books were already taken and I was under the impression it was the buyer for Marvel Premiere #47 as you can see I am following up on a pm sent to them to pay.

i missed the fact they were claimed. so when another person pm me directly i sold them through pm. not realizing they were claimed already. those books are sent to another buyer and i contacted the original saying that so am sorry, being under the impression that I was in touch with him and never heard back. all along I was contacting someone else about an un paid book. I have contacted the original buyer and lame trying to make amends. Please advise what else can I do?

The buyer did not contact me until I saw that he had claimed the books and I was the first to reach out to tell him. I thought I reached out to him for a payment. But I was contacting someone else about another book, overlooking that fact that this buyer we are talking about, there was no communication for about 3 or 4 days to pay or be paid. Hope this makes sense?

hello everyone. i'm not hiding from this situation. What I was saying was that I thought I was in contact with the seller, ended up I was communicating with someone else about other books. I didn't see a sing from seller and he never reached out to me to pay on his end too. He wrote "ill take it" in words only and it fell through the cracks for me. I was in communication with someone else about Marvel Premiere 47 and that seller didn't get back to me until like 3 or 4 days later too. I got a buyer now who i am not naming right now who after negotiating with me and claimed the books in forums, promised to pay and has not as of yet. it's been a week since he claimed without pay. what i'm saying is that I lost sight of who was who and I admit I should have kept a tighter eye on who my buyers are. if you look at my kudos, I am stand as an honest seller. I provide really low prices on honestly graded books. at this point the Books are sold. What can I possibly do, if I can't get them back to original seller who claimed it? I made an error and truly sorry to the buyer. I will be posting more books and if he claimes any to buy, I promise to make up for the mistake on my end. I will communicate with the buyer and hope to make good. thank you and I appreciate the passion everyone here has to stand by each seller and buyer.

my apologies to the seller. I if I may have wronged anyone here. was not my intention. I sell fairly to anyone. I have had a few claims that go unsold due to no communication. and between a claim by a seller and a pm I thought I sent , I never heard a reply or a contact from the buyer for about 5 days, so i went and sold the same books to another seller. I was under the impression I was in contact with the seller, but I mixed up the name. I'm sure this can happen to anyone. Again my apologies.

I called and they were very nice. They said that the books were not at their store and once they come in, they will ship in priority of when orders placed. I called on Monday this week. So maybe they got them by now?
