Well , it's a CGC SS 10, I just can't resist ..I had a AF 15 CGC 3 a while back and I regret Selling it, actually had many silver and golden age , but for some reason the AF 15 hurts the most, so, I will definitely be purchasing one in the near future..I want at least a AF CGC 5 , no marvel chipping etc.,..That is also the reason why I have all the paintings I had created of just the First Origin and Appearances , I miss many of the books...

The only Problem I have is with you stating " That Hulk44 didn't have to pay $7500" ... My problem with that is : If I wait, I could lose the book.. Another deal could be struck at any minute here, we are talking about the only 10 CGC SS out there..What happens if I blink, poof it's gone..Yes, I coulda of waited and maybe, just maybe got the book for less, but another deal could of been struck, or a buy it now on Ebay..There are many people out there with deeper pockets then me, do I risk it, NO WAY, not me...SO, I pay an extra $2500, It doesn't bother me, I got the book I want, and if I blinked, I coulda lost everything.. Poker, funny, I am a huge Gambler, have a sports acount and everything. My game is CRAPS, LOVE craps, get free rooms all the time in AC...SO yes, I have seen people lose big time, I read the story with the $50,000 loss without a blink of an eye, I saw a WHALE once come to the table, Never saw a WHALE before, WHALE meaning this guy has millions to burn, he freaken lost $450,000 in a matter of 30 minutes...Just funny when you posted the Poker story, I am a Gambler, Big Time...

Yes, but WD was the trailblazer, and the post-WD comics market is an entirely different animal. It clearly doesn't take much for a book to hit big dollars these days. It does not take a 10-year gestation period for a book to hit $200 - $300 raw, or $600 - $800 in 9.8 (Peter Panzerfaust, Sixth Gun, etc). Everyone is now looking for "the next Walking Dead", and the market is responding accordingly. Yes, Exactlly Court, things change so so fast now..

Dude don't worry about what ANYONE in here says. You paid what you wanted to pay, who knows, in 5 years you might be able to sell that for triple. Who knows. Im Not, It's all fun, and your right, you never know..

This makes sense to me: When I see something I want, I get it, That's it. The 10 was all I ever talked about when I originally bought these books, and Poof , there it was. Did Court have me from the beginning, yes he did, he had that 10. I was so exited to see that 9.9 SS, my mind escaped me and forgot to look at CGC census, but would it of mattered, not really. Once I saw it, I would of continued to buy up all the 9.9's out there. Once Court came out and said he had it, I actually was SO SO HAPPY, I didnt care, and I still don't care about the money. My friends, I have seen many people Die, and death can come anytime, anywhere, and from anything. Enjoy your time in life, fullfil your dreams, and get everything you want in life, before you know it, we"ll all be gone. Did I over pay, sure I did, but I got what I want, and the Bait/Switch, if thats how you want to se it, I am glad I was part of it, and thank you COURT for making my day. We are all going out to dinner at 7pm to celebrate..Jst keep this quite, if the family found out how much I spent AGAIN, I think I would be SHOT...
