I've got a few subs in right now. My Econ F/T received on 1/15 graded on 2/6 and has been in QC/Encapsulation since. Way outside the 20 day estimate at this point. I understand that posted TAT are estimates but this business is essentially production based and I would think it would be easy enough to update their advertised estimated TAT to something slightly closer to reality. Customer service says they are very behind on on this tier but caught up on moderns.

My last four subs which have been 1 Modern FT and 3 Economy FT have been shipped about 5 days past their advertised estimated turnaround.

I have bought 3 books from kellyssuperheroes over the past 7 months and I will say that he is really easy to deal with. In two instances, the books I received had a couple of defects that werent appearant from the scans. In both of the instances, he readily accepted the returns and refunded my money. No questions asked; no hassles. He also indicates (through correspondence) that he guarantees his unrestored books against resto from CGC or a professional resto analyst. I never sent the book I kept to CGC so cant speak to resto, but I dont have reason to doubt that he would not apply the guarantee.
