    I don't want to join the debate, but I doubt the kindle edition (free or otherwise) will be there much longer. The publisher is no longer publishing the book. Kindle editions exist at the behest of the publisher. If there was a publishing agreement for those digital rights (which I am sure there is - I've had a Kindle Unlimited edition on Amazon and we agreed to a fixed time period), the Kindle edition would last until the end of that agreement. It is no different than selling through what hard copies existed prior to the publisher making the decision to no longer produce new copies.

I would call this a 4.5, but qualified. It is missing the centerfold. Classic LB Cole cover, probably the most desirable of the run. The colors and great and it has good gloss. I took pictures in natural light. I also angled one of the photos to reduce the glare to get a better view of the colors. This would benefit from a press, if that is your thing. The picture with the glare shows you some of the non-color breaking wrinkles. I believe those could all press out. There is a tear at the top of the spine. The last two pages are dog eared. The paper is just folded, but I did not straighten the pages. Page quality is nice. $3000 shipped.
