So I just found out that the Tombo glass doors for the BESTA cabinets from IKEA has been discontinued. This certainly throws a wrench into my plans to set up a display for my SS PF's and XM statues. Anybody got any good recommendations for alternatives?

Might look into the BILLY IKEA bookshelves. They also have a glass door option. If my memory serves, they are 10" deep. Might not be deep enough for some PFs though.

On the topic of moderns heating up, it appears that the Renew Your Vows #1 JSC store exclusive color variant is sold out and is gaining steam on the bay.......

So this book is done with the last issue. Anyone know what Marvel plans to do with Gwen after the reboot?

She had a pretty strong presence in the first Spider-verse book. I would not be surprised if that is where her story continues.

I have completely forgotten the multitudes of store variants I ordered. I will just wait patiently and hope that I get boxes and envelopes in the mail, with books in them:p

Last time I went to Ikea, I noticed a "new" model of book shelf called "Billy." You can add doors to it, to create a case, but you are looking at 100-150, depending on the size, shelf type and door type. Detolf is the best case for the money.

Did anyone just feel like they were reading a What-If book?

Lets be honest. Most of the important story lines in Marvel recently, could read like "What If..." books:p

Usually my LCS charges ALL 1:100 covers around $70 to $90 max but why the exception of this book? hype maybe?

Hughes cover, hype. Lot of variables going for/against the price of the book, depending on how you look at it:p

Apparently there will also be another JSC variant color (ltd to 3k) and b&w (ltd to 1.5k) from Rupp's comics. Complete Image will be revealed tomorrow.

Not sure I find anything wrong with them reusing a previous commission for a cover. If I am not mistaken, the SSM 20 Campbell cover was a earlier commission as well. That book has done exceedingly well.

In regards to this particular piece, I was kinda hoping that Gwen would be featured in the costume, but hey, it still looks nice.

Nice display cabs. Where did you get them?

Finally added a BA 12 to my collection, yay!

They are pretty high quality short boxes. Sturdier than your typical white comic box. There are a few different designs:

"Galactic Diner" - Galactus/SS

Loki

Harley Quinn

I have yet to see the HQ, since it has been sold out for some time:( I still need to pick up a couple of those.
