Flipping is indeed a young mans game. I have yet to transfer any of my profits out of my paypal account but I've been able to build an expensive collection for myself

I've stopped reading most of CBRs reviews since most of the reviews are completely illogical. Lot of the recent reviews I've read in the last few months just made me feel as though some of those people didn't read anything other than a synopsis/preview.

Okay I loved the first issue. Definitely more dense than I expected it to be for a Hickman first issue but I believe that will be good since many of his first issues leave people "confused". Never had that problem myself though I've always been a fan of Dragotta and I thought he was complimented well by the colorist. Now I don't feel as bad having the amount of copies I ordered since there will still be people that miss out. Store where I have my pull list said my handful of copies were all 9.8 or better. He is going to sub 2 copies for me that he believes are mint. Hopefully more image titles coming out this year use a similar type of card stock

Rofl Went to a store near where I work to grab a reader copy. They had 50+ eow #1s but with their awful shelving there were maybe 2 9.8 candidates. This store has the most up system of ordering. They ordered at least 50 injustice #3 but they still have 10-15 copies of #1 that have been there untouched for last 3 weeks since their shelves obliterate all comics

People actually read MLP? Guess I shouldn't be surprised since people actually collected the toys that all had the same horse mold

Hope midtown isn't cutting preorders for this series.. I got my orders months ago but now I see they updated with the 1 per customer tag in my previews order section as well.. I feel like I haven't seen that before with any other series

Indeed! Rucka is an excellent writer and storyteller. Only title of his comics I've been following lately has been stumptown but his novels are great reads as well.

Yeah I was referring to East of West since I don't have much interest in low quality variants such as the ghost line. I will gladly chase Nowhere Men variants though since the series isn't plagued by variants such as those.

Invincible Iron-Man #10? A few weeks behind picking it up. Good luck with the hunt though. Rofl

Just go for the variants that matter to you. Its not like Ghost or FB variants will blow up on secondary markets anyway - Do people actually get excited for Ghost variants? Quality is so sub-par. RRP will be the only variant I search for if the series is good

Better start speculating on titles/creators that aren't that popular or well known this year and hope for the best
