Drew communicates better than my estranged parents. I would gladly do business with him again if he pays just as quickly as he did for some comics he bought from me. He followed up when he got them and I'm glad to have him here on the forums

Do the other numbers mean anything in an Easter egg sort of way
Not sure.
This is just info for those who don't follow the show: This was only his right leg. He had a stub about halfway down the thigh. This 'Deathlok' program device was put on the stub and it transformed into the remainder of his leg. It looked cool. He was already augmented by other technologies to give him more strength.
He is currently taking orders from the 'clairvoyant' and it is safe to assume that if he doesn't follow orders, there is a kill switch/explosive in his brain that can be remotely triggered. How long till they find a way for him to rid himself of the kill switch and become his own man?
how come the clairevoyant didn't know of the other lady who had a cyber-eye that they were taking it out of her?

Sold a few books to John, and he paid very quickly with good/prompt communication. I was happy to do business with and would definitely do business with again!

Bought a slab from Barton and the packaging was more than enough to leave it on the ground for a bit while my labrador retreiver tested for quality control.
Excellent communication, better than expected shipping time, and good form.

no offense to any smokers on here, but sometimes I get comic shipments and there might as well be a puff of smoke coming out of the package. lung cancer variants
first and foremost, I rebag and board to get that stanky acid collecting bag out of my collection. I imagine pressing will have some detoxifying inducing effect similar to a colon cleanse.
Can someone explain to me what 'drycleaning' a comic incorporates?

Anyone know where we are on this?
to sum the entire thread: several people have complained, called, and expressed discontent. CGCs response: it's part of the process. no recommendation for changing their process
that about wraps it up with a little back and forth arguments here and there about whose right/wrong

4 figure deal with Nik went much better than I had imagined. In fact, if I had more $$$$ I would certainly trust it with this guy if he could slow down on selling so many good books! Standup lad'

It does?CGC put the wrong info. Check the published date.
The character first appeared in X-Men #4 (vol. 2, January 1992), and was created by Jim Lee.
Yeah, that looks a lot like a label for X-Men Vol 3#4, not Vol 2 #4.
With this constant flow of reboots / renumberings, I think we're going to see a lot of this.....
The dead give away is it says "Marvel Comics 10/13". Even if I were new to comics, I would know that this book wasn't produced less than 2 months ago. The symbol on the bottom left reflects "30th anniversary 1931-1991" and there's not a single book (besides DC essentials, Image Firsts, etc." that sell for $1.00 these days.

Brians so awesome, I can't even remember if we've done business more than once but it sure feels like it. Paid and communicated so fast that I felt like I had to tip somebody for the service.
Thanks again!

I need to make a public apology for an err on my part to jsilverjanet
There was miscommunication about a potential sale that I thought he wasn't interested in and thus I had offered it to another buyer for less who agreed and then claimed in on the thread.
Reading back on the history, I realized on my part that he was actually interested and I just never sent him my paypal midst the conversations we were having.
Obviously this isn't something I neither intended nor wanted to have happened and I believe there is no longer interest in the book.
If you have suggestions or would like to comment on what course of action I should do, please let me know what I should do as I know this was a bad mistake.

I'm just thankful marvel hasn't done something crazy like say....... create origin of infinity gem books.... I can see the horror now at the LCS for each gem (no pun intended)
