You still run into the problem of not knowing if the picture they used is of that person or not. Someone could just use a picture of someone else and instead of their real picture. While I'm all for accountability; I just don't see it happening; in an open forum; that people are allowed to post items up for sale. Psy what about setting criteria, like your first 5 sales have to be $10 and below. This would establish how well the noob: ships, rates on condition, follows through on 5 transactions, and the truth of word to their sale. think of it as passing their first 30 or 90 days of new hire employement. At least 5 different boardies will have an encounter and experience with the noob. Plus i'm tired of seeing new accounts <10 posts selling $1000+ valued books as a joke.

Good to read all of the feedback so far from since when I first started this thread. I guess I should ask if there is someone on the forums who is proficient with the legal process involved in filing a class action lawsuit. If ever that be the next course of action, I suspect that the mere notion should raise some added attention from CGC. I would recommend those of you encountering damages related to sales begin documenting your losses if you intend to follow this direction collaboratively.

I actually sent it a few days ago to get it pressed and resubbed. i'll probably get a 50/50 vote from people saying "wth" and "yea, go for it" but hey, like you said it presents really well and I'm willing to take a gamble on it getting a higher score once its done (thumbs u Hmm did the person pressing it give feedback on upgrade potential? Only reason I ask is the pic looks like it has tanning. CGC has been knocking books pretty hard due to tanning. Either way, good luck. Nothing like that good news of an upgrade. yea, the original submitter was given the same feedback, but upon closer inspection I can see some non-color breaking creases and bends that can certainly serve better given the kind of condition I've been observing in 5.5 and 6.5 out there. This one has no color breaks on the spine at all. like you said, it got docked hard for tanning. I'm going through CCS on this one to see how well their services go. from what I am aware, it was never pressed. just hoping for the best and that darn crease/bend I saw to go away.
