I understand how frustrating it can be to receive the wrong books, but intentionally damaging their books, keeping the other book, and sending them a completely different book doesn't sound right, especially if your bank is going to refund the money.
Agreed.

I just recently ordered an ASM 800 Crain variant from them. A few days after release I hadn't received an email stating it was shipped, so I emailed them with no reply. A few days later I emailed them again and the next day I had a tracking email. I got my book but they're customer service/lack of communication is garbage. After sending my initial email I started researching them (should've done this initially ) and saw the non stop stream of issues from countless people. I'm glad I got my book, but they seem to risky for me to buy from again.

Hi,
What is cgcsketch.com? It seems like images that people have linked from that domain are automatically converted to this advertisement? Did you put this URL in your signature on purpose, but now cgcsketch.com is defunct and is serving up an ad instead?
I do think i had cgcsketch in my sig line. It used you display sketch covers or something. I'll go remove it. It's been a while since i really looked at any of that.
I took no offense @Foley.

Skye is Quake, her pops is Mr. Hyde, and the dude at the end is Reader...and my only guess for Raina is possibly Tigra or some other cat like inhuman. I guess they could make Tigra an inhuman since it seems they are going to do the same thing with Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch. That's my two cents anyway.
Daisy wasn't an Inhuman, was she? Just here?
She was originally thought to be a mutant but later you find out her dad is Mr. Hyde. So she's just a super being in the comics. But Marvel seems to be rolling with Inhumans as their way to explain people gaining powers since Fox owns mutants.

Have to agree on skye and her dad. Its pretty obvious now and fits in with the comics. I don't know who the Reader is. Tigra would be cool for Raina. I just wonder about the special effects for her appearance. I was kind of hoping she'd be a female Karnak, at least powers wise.

I was wondering if they'd use Wesley Snipes. But I'm definiltely excited to see the character brought to life.

Technically, it shouldn't be a problem so long as they keep prefacing Marvel with "Captain". The minute you just call him MARVEL, then there is a legal issue.
But, Marvel has sold off over half a dozen franchises already, why not just ask them to sell you the rights to use "Marvel" in a movie for some lucre? After selling animation rights to Lionsgate for some of your most popular superheroes, Is there really some doubt in your mind that Marvel won't sell their grandmother for a ham sandwich?
I Marvel at the possibilities.

Marvel owns the rights to the name Captain Marvel. See Carol Danvers current book.
Poll: First Appearance Criteria
in Comics General
Posted
I voted based on what the bare minimum should be (Appearance in Single story page without dialogue, No Cover appearance) but as RMA stated they are all qualifiers of a first appearance except the bottom two and maybe the top one. Gambit, Wolverine and Darkseid's appearances have already been brought up as one's that are contentious or confusing. Mystique and Apocalypse are the same where the market's decided what issue really matters and it's not the first time they actually appeared. No matter what our thoughts are the market will always drive which book really matters when it comes to resale value.
