  5. This is part of the reason we bought comics in the 90s regardless of the story, the art rocked Gorgeous! I must have it!
  6. Just sold one of my regular #1 9.8 for $140. I only think 1 went higher on eBay, I priced it higher than I saw any others sold for for the heck of it to see if it would sell and to my surprise it did. Still have the Ottley 9.8 i'm holding onto..

  8. Yeah...that just doesn't make any sense to me. Why would you have Stan Lee sign a DC book? Spend a buck and at least buy some kind of Marvel comic for him to sign. I never did understand having someone sketch a Marvel character on a DC blank cover comic and vice-versa. I know some people think it's OK, but I could never do that myself and feel right about it. Right?! I feel the need to find the most ridiculous thing Stan Lee has signed. Time to check eBay.. I will report back my result.
  9. I looked on eBay and I can't believe the amount of Batman books he's signed.. And people are buying them!
  10. Speaking of Alias. I got these slabbed on site this weekend at MegaCon.

  14. So I was just perusing eBay and checking out the incredible prices The Strain is getting when one in NM shape popped up newly listed for $25. The pics weren't to good but I pounced on it! It's my 4th copy. I sure hope this is a hit show..
  15. I don't mind making a small amount per book. It adds up. My comic sales paid for my hotel and flight to Vegas last month. Had a great 7 days over there.. Most of the time I use the money to buy books on my most wanted list.
  16. Hey fastball you got some nice books for sale. I may be purchasing a few soon by the way.
  17. So you really got no proof yet. No that's why I said hinted. However I'm pretty sure he wouldnt say that if there wasnt something going on on that front. Read his tumblr though he specifically says there is some talks on that front.
  18. Hey Larry, hinted at it on his FB page a few hours back. Again hinted did not say absolutely. So take it fwiw, just thought you guys would want to know.
  19. True.. I think ZERO would make a compelling show though. HBO could do it justice. Love the book no matter what. Really think Ales Kot is a special writer.
  20. Ales Kot just hinted that ZERO has been optioned for TV. Just picked up #1B 9.8 for $30
  21. Dan bought Man of Steel 18 from me and was a quick payer and a great communicator. Seems like a really good guy. Look forward to doing business again!
