Not looking to argue, but want to discuss this point. You state "PP has the potential to be even bigger because it is based on a subject matter that appeals to a broader audience." I assume you are talking about it being based on Peter Pan? This isn't necessarily aimed only at Mike's Rack, so please anyone chime in: Is Peter Pan really a broader audience than the zombie genre? its up there PP has huge international potential. if done right this will be huge !

Did wd #2 have mass production defects as well? A total of approx 1% of the total print run has been submitted so it's pure speculation that there is a common defect in the 4000+ books yet to be subbed. I wasn't trying to argue. I am not sure if wd #2 had the same issues. I'm sure there quite a few PP #2 9.8 raws out there but I'm also certain quite a lot haven't passed pre screen to this point. +1 if you call CGC they will tell you of the hundreds of #2 that did not screen for 9.4 or higher. i know one guy that sent 50 not one 9.8 it is a big defect almost every one i have seen has it

sold listings in the last 2 months this book is selling high. there is always a seasonal drop during con season. People want this book ! It has a-lot of potential if the show does fly this is a 1000.00 book all day long.

This is the only new book that has a shot at walking dead. really how is this book soft? its on fire........ please tell me where the cheap #1 or #2 issues are? I am down with Beige on this one ! walking dead was a 100.00 book for years !

Slow Tracking these next week NICE. I would definitely wait on buying 9.8 on eBay there are so many of these out there. Same can be said about ASM 300, One on ebay recently sold for $1089.00!! Spider-man is a little different than Darkhawk. but if he reaches the same status I agree.

This book is great ! Blackacre like idea. I like blackacre but this writting and plot seem a lot better.

I got my hands on a bunch over the last couple years not one was 9.8.. I give up on the raw's I will buy 9.6 or 9.8 when I find them. Not many.

Any of those NMA #2 9.8? It seems really rare to get that book in 9.8?

Just had a guy come in with brown paper bags of comics from late 70's over 50 plus nova #1 and #2 and 50-70 spectacular spider-man #1 tons of hoarded #1's alot NM+ ...... black panther #1 , Spider girl #1 eternal s #1 75+ books. Will post picks ! After seeing this and some of the order sheets from the distributor that where in the bags I really wonder if anything is RARE from this age.
