  1. A low print run is a low print run... When the WD hoopla is over it will still have a cult following.. certainly in the 10s of thousands if not 100s of thousands, which will ALWAYS make these books worth money, and you can bet that in 70 years from now there will be even less of these original prints floating regardless of econmical or social trends that affected whiz...
  2. Exactly my point! It will def lose momentum at a certain point.. But just like "Whiz" it will def not depreciate in value. Just because of...
  3. Show me another book that had: 1. Excellent story and art 2. low print run 3. turned to a TV show/movie 4. Sold for almost 3k in less than a decade = solid hit for generations to come
  4. Zombies never go out of style. If NOTLD was based on a comic you betcha rears it would have commanded higher prices than most popular Marvel silver age comics BECAUSE of the popularity of TWD, which is probably what will happen with WD in 30-40 years as well. Regardless of how much this show may suck in the future (which i highly doubt), it will always be a cult show
  5. So many ways this could play out adding momentum.. Show will end up like the Sporanos or Seinfeld, leaving the fans begging for more/asking questions.. Hollywood production.. Even more dangerous drugs then Bath salts
  6. OK guys, sorry, I will not send these pics out, as I said earlier, this was supposed to be a fun thread and somehow it got out of hand. Sorry if anyone got offended by this. I can assure you this wasnt my intent.
  7. Oh will you stop it - no ones going to jail here and these are (although cute chicks) older than 18, this was just a spare of the moment post, I was obviously inspired by the events that took place.. chick's are blurred, so nobody's privacy is at stake.. And btw i would never do anything like that over here, where i come from, rats sleep with the fish if you know what i mean
  8. , I believe we're gonna crash the board servers with PMs thunsicker.. Imagine sending it like that to get a grade??? Best COA I ever saw in a comic!!!
  9. So today as I go through a batch of comic books I purchased the other day from this lovely sweet couple. The husband used to collect and sell a few years back and now it seems it was time for him to quit as they are expecting. I go though the Deadpool stash and found that one of them was particularly thicker than the others. I opened the comic bag and released the book only to find out there were a couple of envelopes stashed underneath it. I never though what a genuis idea it would be to stash money in your comics to hide it from your wife/GF, but what I found was actually quite an eyeful of lovely naked pics of some young ladies posing for their enjoyment alongside some love notes and phone numbers. Too bad these are from 1997 or else I'd be on the phone right now texting Veronica instead of typing you guys over here.. PM me to get the uncensored version
  10. No I bought thie ASM #347 on ebay a while back so it is kind of hard to remember how much I paid for it. I actually collect Amazing Spider-Man Comics with Double Covers and I seen this one that said Double Interior on the label and thought I would pick it up as it was kind of cool cover and an Unusual error. I think I have 4 or 5 more comics in my collection with Double Interiors right now and I would be interested in yours if the price was right. Well I wouldn't want to charge you too much either, let me find out what kind of reaction I get from listing it and get back to you with a price? I'll tell you this much, if it ends up getting snatched I may be knocking on YOUR door for the rest of them
  11. Yup, there you go- exactly the same thing! Does it have two complete sets of pages like this one?
  12. Thank you for your replies! I just had to ask because of comics like TMNT #4 and Venom lethal protector.. Its obvious that collectors treat these as "variant editions" and they're rarer because there have been very few "variants" MISprinted.. I'm gonna go and list it at 75.00 and see what kinda reaction I get
  13. I just noticed that my Amazing Spiderman #344 is slightly thicker than normal. When I opened it I noticed that it has 32 additional pages (!) printed, in other words, the comic gets to page 16 and then starts over again! Does it make it more valuable? Should I CGC it? Thanks!
