Revival #1 had a print run of around 18,000 - are there thousands of completed sales of that book on eBay? No but there are roughly 10 percent of Revival #1's that have been listed on ebay. I just haven't seen anything close to a fraction of 10 percent of the wizard world variants on ebay yet. In fact there are less than 1 k total completed sales and there has been 4 covers so far. Its a little suspect if these were as highly printed as everyone thinks

All I know if it they would have been for sale at 5 dollars at my lcs instead of 9.99 I might have picked up a couple instead I got more of the regular issue. Maybe I'm just a tight *spoon*.

Oh I thought maybe the SDCC was sold per show badge.

They have one for #2 I heard at SDCC

next month we'll all find out. I really have a hard time calling the CBLDF a variant when its exactly the same as the regular cover but thats me.

If the print run was so high then why don't you see more than 300 completed sales on ebay? Wouldn't it be closer to 4 k by now?

At least there is only one regular cover and not 4+.

I watched a youtube video of Rucka at last years SDCC and he basically said he hates first issues that give you everything and insult your intelligence. He says there is no tension if all info is given out and he isn't doing his job as a storyteller if you don't want to buy after the first issue. This story has me hooked plus he's had this in the pipeline for over a year and I'm guessing a select few that know him already has seen highlights that makes this a winner.

They didn't say every person would get one, it was just till they ran out.

It might be high now, I just don't see any video game remaining that hot for very long and when it starts that downturn everyone will be dumping on ebay flooding.
