  1. Not seriously. I was continuing the joke about posting books that aren't represented in the census due to low value, lack of demand, or a combination of the two.
  2. In retrospect I should have banned any Fawcett with less than 68 pages...
  3. That's why I cheated and posted mine yesterday!
  4. It's my thread. It was never intended for graded books only. I enjoyed looking up books in my collection to see how many had been submitted to CGC. When some had only a handful graded, I started this thread as a fun way to see the books in other people's collections if they enjoyed seeing how many had been graded as well. Exactly zero books in my collection have been graded. Not a one. So everything I was looking up, and posting, were not included in the census numbers. That was never the point of the thread. Admittedly, I had originally thought the thread would be mostly desirable books that were incredibly rare (relatively speaking), or just haven't been submitted for grading for whatever reason, not low on the census because they aren't worth enough to submit, lol.
  5. Cheating! I have so many comics from 1940 I had the urge to change it up.
  6. That's not an Everett cover Amazing Man! (it happens to be Gustavson). But let's not get carried away!
  7. Go for an Everett cover Amazing Mystery Funnies or Amazing Man, or any Gustavson Arrow or Fantom of the Fair!
  8. That was my first Centaur. Bought it in 1979 from Sam Frazer for $12.50!
  9. I think I only have one book on that list. #50-Funny Picture Stories #1. Not sure what Amazing Mystery Funnies they're talking about early on that list.
  10. That was a close guess on my part! Thanks for checking. Welp, guess it's time for me to mosey over to instagram and let the world know I've got the 92nd comic ever published!
  11. I think my oldest comic is Funny Picture Stories #1 from November of 1936. I'd guess it's somewhere between #70 and #90.
  12. Forgot I had this Flash #60 in decent shape
  13. I'm all for more info, but I wouldn't be announcing on instagram what overall number my comic was published unless it was in the first handful!
  14. As none of my collection is slabbed, it will have a lot of company!
