So I just got off the phone with ebay. You give them the item # and mention he's tried it before and as recent as the past couple days. Tell them it's a reprint which he has buried in the long description. It's only worth 10 to 15 bucks but he's clearly trying to sell it as a highly valuable original to some poor soul for thousands of dollars. ebay# 866-540-3229 I think I pushed # a few times then 0. Only took a few minutes at most of waiting and button pushing before I got through to some nice patient girl. She said she would file a complaint. I have a good feeling this one is coming down too If anyone else calls ask questions about how they handle complaints on their end. She did mention they might suspend his account.

So the only way is to have a few realistic top winning bids? If the main winning bid doesn't pay it goes to the next highest bidder and so on.

@ accessndx. I agree. Depending on the artist their schedule and or their style it can be difficult to keep deadlines.

Word to Taco. I don't think it's dead I just think they are excited to get out issues sooner than they actually can. I heard Nate is slow. I love his art but it would be nice if they didn't solicit issues until they were complete. Oh well. Whenever it gets released I'm all over it.

Image's website was probably updated sometime today. I checked it yesterday and the release date for #6 was July 17th. Now the release dates are #6 Aug 21st. #7 Aug 27th. Trade Aug 14th.
